Welcome to Rutgers Center for Chinese Studies (RCCS)! The main mission of RCCS is to sponsor, coordinate, and promote all China-related academic activities at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. As a major research university, Rutgers has played an important role in the production and the dissemination of knowledge about China, both historical and contemporary. We have a group of active scholars in many areas of Chinese Studies across a wide range of disciplines in the humanities, social sciences, and professional schools.
